Ordered on ali. got paypal confirmation……then nothing. nothing except i had paid. nothing in my account, no tracking until it was in the post office in australia. i was worried it was a scam, and was considering cancelling the deal. i recently had some iem ear tips ordered, but they were delivered to a person 600km away from my address, weeks overdue…late… in another state. i couldn’t get a refund, because they were delivered! i don’t know if it was the store or ali that made this transaction unlike any i had before. however, this product when it arrived unannounced, was excellent, timely delivery, at a great price. my experience with the previous delivery really had me considering if i could trust ali. they send me a lot of notifications, and i like the quality of the things i buy, but my confidence was a bit rattled with the last two experiences.
